Very Berry Acai Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (3.5 oz/100 g) frozen acai berry purée, thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups each of strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Topping:

  • 1 cup Peace Cereal® French Vanilla Granola
  • 1/4 cup each of blueberries and blackberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced natural almonds
  • 4 tsp black chia seeds

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine acai berry purée, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, almond milk, and honey. Purée until smooth.
  2. Add ice cubes and purée until smooth.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly among 4 bowls. Top with granola, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, almonds and chia seeds.
