- 1/4 c. softened butter
- 1/2 c. maple syrup
- 1/2 c. natural cane sugar
- 5/8 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. of your favorite Golden Temple or Willamette Valley Granola
In a sauce pan, cook together over low heat, maple syrup, sugar, and salt. Bring the mixture just to a boil (soft ball stage). Add vanilla and granola. Spread evenly in an 8x8 pan. Cut into squares and serve.
